		<description><![CDATA[A great comment on the removal of the photography charge.  When we are doing family history and genealogy research we are charged like there is no tomorrow.  I agree that a small charge to access the documents is fair.  And that it should be put towards the conservation of these documents.  As most local governments spend nothing and have no budgets towards these costs.]]></description>
